The pink and red ROOMBAS are the same, but the sage ROOMBA has one -- count them, one -- extra feature.
Not according to the product comparison page. The red charges 7 hours (all the rest charge 3, including the pink), and the red doesn't have a Max cleaning mode. The Sage is Pink + wall mount unit.
Judging from the number of dots on the product comparison page, the Scheduler looks like the best one.
But is it more different than just having the scheduling capability? Cause i"m not sure I'd want to pay a bunch extra for that. OTOH, if they increased the sucking power or capacity or whatever, then I'll probably just suck it up.
I have a Discovery (reconditioned, yay!). My understanding is that the first generation didn't work as well, but the current crop are all the same under the hood -- just with wildly varying accessories to make up the price difference.
I haven't yet found myself wanting the scheduling feature (to which I could upgrade if I really felt crazy), but the thing where it goes back to its wee home base when the battery runs low is the coolest thing evar.
Well, POO. Scoobas shouldn;t be used on wood floors; my kitchen floor is wood.
Tip: When using Scooba on sealed hardwood floors, inspect the floor surface for worn finish, bare wood, or separated and unsealed joints. Do not use Scooba on your hardwood floor if any of these conditions exist.

Aha. This is where I think problems will arise, when it tries to get home, but your cat is between it and its base and desperation sets in.
God forbid it learns to knock the cat unconscious as a preventative measure.

Ah, okay. I don't want one with no Max Cleaning mode - other than that, anything between the red and scheduler would do it for me. I am so buying one of these.
