bon bon, I have this book of Kakuro puzzles, and am regularly stumped by the "Gentle" ones, so I feel your pain. On the upside, it's improved my mental arithmetic, and last night I was able to count up the bonuses imparted by my Gowayser, cat ears, anime amulet, and utility girdle without having to go "...eighteen, and that gives me three, so nineteen twenty twenty-one..." Anything that makes me a better Munchkin player can't be all bad, right?

My face recognition sucks beyond the telling of it. I can meet people I see every day and think they are strangers.

I'm sure most people who have gmail have gotten rid of the gmail "clips" banner that runs above their inbox by now, but I always kept it up in hopes it would be useful. I think it is strange, though, that the clips are so stale (and that google still timestamps them!). Thankfully, today brought some screamingly up-to-date news I'm so glad was brought to my attention:
