I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Abramoff stuff is like a really great gift to start off 2006. Or is it an extended Fitzmas?

Always Anti-fascist!

That happens a lot...if you're gonna do some dirt, keep your exes happy.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Yes, Steph it did. But now the iPod keeps saying "Do not disconnect".

What is even happening?

That happens a lot...if you're gonna do some dirt, keep your exes happy.

Munchism, or erikaism?

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Unmount the iPod by hitting the little eject symbol to the right of its icon in iTunes.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Yep. Scanlon was an asshole.

Timelies!

Woke up yesterday morning with a soreish throat and a premonition of illness. This morning's a bit worse, with burning eyes, a whisper of pain in the ears and soreish throat. If I hadn't had a craptastic day at work yesterday (with an interaction with my manager that truly sucks and a d-day for unpleasantry next Wed.), I'd probably make myself go to work anyway. As it is? Not so much.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

But now the iPod keeps saying "Do not disconnect".

It may be updating software. If it stays that way too long, you can eject it like Spidra says.

(Also, you're on a PC, right? IME, iPods don't auto-eject from PCs as well as they do Macs.)

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

dang. I'm trying to access John Tierney's column in NYT Op-Ed "Male Pride and Femal Prejudice" , but I guess it's part of NY Times "Select" which means that op-eds are only free to NYT subscribers. That's annoying.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

It is a PC. I'll try ejecting it.
