I stayed home from work today after a rough night with the stomach bug. The good news that I am actually hungry today, even though I am not 100%. Somehow the bean burritos I am craving probably aren't a wise choice.

They were big for finals weeks at my schools. Little buckets with granola bars, candy bars, cookies, crackers, etc. They were nice to get.

I brought my parents a care package from Egypt - I carried a large cake box of Egyptian pastries all the way from Cairo, including a foray to Picadilly Circus via the tube, to Waterstones Picadilly and Yo Sushi. And I also brought them a box of fresh dates stuffed with almonds and coated in EXCELLENT milk chocolate.
