Zoe: I thought you wanted to spend more time off-ship this visit. Wash: Out there is seems like it's all fancy parties. I like our party better. The dress code is easier and I know all the steps.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Polishing off booze left over from NYE, I imagine.

I haven't broken into my leftover bottle of lambic yet. Baked some chocolate chip cookies that were just the right consistency. Finished washing dishes. Drinking some hot cocoa. Trying to goose myself into cleaning up some of the construction flotsam in the kitchen. Spent more time cleaning up flood damage today.

How 'bout you, Perkins?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Maidengurl is here, and we are watching SportsNight.

I think I might go to sleep early though.

I'm envious of the SportsNight-having. So far I have only been religious about acquiring West Wing DVDs. I have many more shows (including Buffy and Angel) on my list but only so much money. I own Serenity and Firefly, though. Maybe when/if I get our performance bonus in March, I can buy the Chosen box and SportsNight. And Xena.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Juliana and Hecubus will be amused by the fact that my surfing has resulted in me watching "Vertical Limit" with the television on mute. I can't help myself!

I wwas looking at the TV guide on line and saw it was on . I was sure you could resist.

I am heading towards bed. I feel so much better than last night,( which I didn't even earn) , but I really feel worn out.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am in a Flexeril daze and watching Batman Beyond. Definitely an early night for me.

It's really been two years? Man, how time flies. I wonder if lori is one of the engineers cited near the end.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It's really been two years?

Two earth-years, anyway.

Damn, I remember the rover landing watch-n-post....

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I should have gone to bed early, but instead watched TV and talked on the phone, and am going to bed now.

Heh. Did the TiVo collect it for you?
