Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I leave you people alone for two days, and I find you're killing goats all over the place! Sheesh!
And you're surprised? We're getting ready for the New Year.

Pandora has lured me with it's evil song guessing ways. But it got the wrong idea on one station and I can't reason my way back to music I like because there is no option of "yes this, but not always the live versions, kthxbye"

I also keep coming to the conclusion that a LOT of songs are about sex. I feel I should have realized this much earlier in life.

I think I need a wife. Borrowing 3.0 is great for things like hanging out, surgically removing shrimp bits from my thumb and general companionship but she lacks the "living here so I am shamed into cleaning more" bit.

Also she sent me home with a pair of her husband's pants to destain which is way wrong. I know jack and shit about good laundry. I just have a spray that I'll try and then shrug if it doesn't work. Tech support, yes. Darning socks, nsm.

"My drink preference does not indicate my sexual preference. "

Please tell me goat-killing is a very very weird sex euphamism, because if that's a hint, I wish to purchase a chastity belt.

Good thing the transit strike is over, because I'm about to have to go to my professors' houses and BEAT MY GRADES OUT OF THEM. Two of them have had my final stuff for two weeks! One of those is a class with 9 people! Grade people, grade!

Jesse, one of my professors (and director of out program) didn't give us our final Xmas mark until February. And since he was the director of our school, who were we going to complain to?

I am back in my home, with very hungry cats.

I have been on the road since 7 this morning, with a very long pit stop that involved British people, karaoke and lots of food.

I also found out that my sister in law's father died this morning. He had ALS. Very sad, but I'm a little relieved for my SiL who's been run down between work, her family and tending to her dad.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can someone who watched Waking the Dead help me out? Again I missed a point -- when did Boyd mention a twin brother? I'm assuming it was during an investigation, but what angle was he working. Also -- Grace wears a wig, right?

Sue, I'm sorry to hear about the death in your family. ALS sounds like a terrible way to go.

praying Calvin is all over TX. @@ to infinity.

I am home. getting luggage took forever and my poor brother took treh wrong bag and didn't realize until he got home. He is now on the way back to the airport.

My cats are ok, but the house smells very catty. The litter did not get cleaned. Getting litter tomorrow is top of the list.

I am so excited I do not have to work tomorrow. A full day off when you get back from travel is so damn nice.

Sue, I am sorry. Diseases that take people away before they go away are just something I don't - and don't want to - understand.

when did Boyd mention
The wha? I either missed it or it's on the ep I haven't watched yet. And, yeah, I think Grace's hair is faux.

I'm totally fine-I only ever met the man at my brother's wedding 10 years ago-but sad for my SiL and my nephew. Send the ma their way.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It's on Monday's episode, Cass. I swear, if you blink twice during a British mystery, you miss a bunch of stuff. At least I didn't blink during a big plot thing, as has happened in the past.

OMG! Lillybouncybean is on my other computer. I need to go watch that before I drag my tired ass to bed to read.

So true.

I just checked, I am watching last week's... Not sure if I will make it through another tonight.
