Oh. So fun. Little hopity grinning lillybeaan.

It's rainy here and I have to drag Emmett out of the house so we get some kind of exercise or he'll be bouncing off the walls. Maybe bowling. Maybe skating. He's used to about 3 hours a day of busy, running around exercise at school and aftercare so while it's tempting to flop in front of the TV and new toys today, it'll be be bad tonight if he doesn't burn some energy off.

But consignment or eBay would cost me money. This is a gift cert from employers, so doesn't touch my wallet at all.

The problem with catching up with work from the vacation is that now I have time to contemplate the vacation. Annoying. Trying not to do that. Trying to just let it go. It was passive-aggressive bullshit anyway.

Jilli should absolutely, positively not read this: this morning, as I was backing my car out of the parking area, I saw something move out of the corner of my eye, and turned to see a spider dangling from the ceiling of my car. I don't normally mind spiders, and this one was really small, so I parked the car and grabbed some paper I had in the back seat and scooped up the spider, intending to drop it outside the car. I made it almost all the way to the door when the spider went sprong (I guess it was still attached via web to the top of the car) and disappeared. I looked and looked, and couldn't find it. To make matters worse, just as I parked the car, the version of Spider Man that Teppy put on one of her buffista mixes came on.

This morning's drive= very jumpy.

And since I really don't have any work to do yet, not only did I come over here, I'm obsessively checking to see if my grades are in yet, which they are not. Bah!

Is it too early to drink? Alcohol is the only thing that kills this kind of RSI pain. Which sucks because even though I'm taking the only painkiller that works for me, I'd get in trouble with HR for drinking. Grrr. No like pain. Glad I have an appointment with the CMT tonight.
