Zoe: Yeah? Thought you'd get land crazy that long in port. Wash: Probably, but I've been sane a long while now, and change is good.

Hi Nilly! I wish I could stay up and chat with you, but I really need to sleep. We've been staying up way too late these last few days. Mostly watching teevee, but still.

Are you ready to be strong?

Do you need us to mock you beforehand, dearest, so you'll be prepared?

Only you, ita darling.

Then they should be mocked themselves.

Oh, I mock them plenty.

lori! [Edit: Night, then!]

PMM with a silly video of Lilly is probably the best "but you couldn't miss it" excuse I can give myself for playing online this morning.

Rio! Did you ever post any wedding pictures that I completely skipped?

Remember how happy I was about the stove last week? So, this weekend, when the weather was especially rainy and windy, one of the windows began to leak.

It's all sealed back now, I've been home all day Sunday to make sure of that, and there's no more a puddle on the floor. But our landlord is tired of that month of "what's not working now?" and is talking about selling the place. We'll see.

In the meantime, Hanukkah started, which is by far the best holiday of the year, so that's a definite plus.

How was your holiday?

ugh. I hope that is the last of your household problems for a very long time.

Happy Hanukah!

My holiday was pretty nice. I have cool nieces. I'm very tired though, and believe I should be going to bed. Have a good rest of your day!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Happy belateds to Theo, Jesse, and Rayne!

Am home, have lots o'loot.

Brother got the complete Calvin & Hobbes. It is indeed useful for squashing spiders.
