Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

There was no sound, just lots of flames in bad, bad places. And now a soaked kitchen.

And I should go edit out my whiny bitching.

At 9! What's up with that?

SO UNFAIR. Poor you. You should strike.

I just took a carload of clothes to the donation boxes (donation boxes all over? the best thing EVER. Except for the design flaw of the chute and the boxes themselves. But that's another complaint). Purging is oddly satisfying.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I love the boxes. I can stop on the way to work and donate clothes or whatever and barely go out of my way. The convenience makes me more likely to donate two or three items, instead of waiting to fill up a bag to make a trip to Goodwill worthwhile.

I, too, ate too much. But not Mexican food.

I am hiding out at my mom's house trying to remember why I thought Christmas in NY was a good idea.
