I feel leaping is overrated. Shoes are quiet, they don't shed and they have their own little storage bags to sleep in.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

That's what I always say when I'm almost tempted into pet ownership.
Everytime my mom starts thinking about getting a cat, I have to remind her that she chooses her leather furniture Every. Single. Time.

ION, I just started a fire in my kitchen. Corn tortillas are highly flammable and I have the attention span of a gnat today. Good thing it's not to cold to open some windows and doors to air out the smoke.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy birthdays to Theo and Rayne! And thanks for the good wishes, y'all. Hope everyone is in the midst of a lovely Kprinkle.

I think I win the un-prize for worst pet owner -- my poor cat was all out of food and water (in the bowl -- he feels free to drink out of the toilet, too), since I left him all alone since Thursday! He's OK now, though.

What is even happening?

Happy birthday to Jesse, Theodosia, and Rayne!

Happy Hanukkah, everyone.

Jesse are you home now?

Instead, I have really expensive shoes.

Always a good choice. Shoes = of the good.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am home now. I have to work tomorrow! At 9! What's up with that?
