Simon: Captain... why did you come back for us? Mal: You're on my crew. Simon: Yeah, but you don't even like me. Why'd you come back? Mal: You're on my crew. Why we still talking about this?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

2 hours.

Yay!

(what are you counting down to, Tom?)

Good luck with the fambly, sue.

Thanks! It's been four days and I haven't snapped yet. This is some kind of new record.

Perhaps bed. Not because it's late but because there is nothing else to do and no one else to do it with here.

I know the feeling Kristin. Even though this is where I grew up, none of my friends come home anymore. The craxypants family is all I got.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I thought I was counting down for you.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ooh, sisters who talk through the movie are flirting with sororicide!

The status is NOT quo.

I wish we could all be in a bar together.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

flirting with sororicide!

Like someone going ΔΣΘ on their ass?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Wow, I want to chain Plei to my kitchen. And Plei, how did I go for the months I did when b.org first opened not knowing you were a mum? Huh.

I'm new to this whole motherhood thing--it's a 2005 addition to my skillset. The candymaking thing is just something I do when bored and/or when I'm bringing treats somewhere, as is the case tomorrow night. (Pete and Jilli will have many chocolate treats from which to choose.)

Thanks, all. The fauxhawk eventually collapsed into adorable 50s greaser curls (which is what it does whenever I try to make a shampoo fauxhawk), so I'm glad we captured it when we did.

I love that romper she's in. We scored it for $1.25 at Goodwill a few months ago, and she's finally rounding into the right size for it.

I love how moppity your girl is, Plei.

I think I need to make gingerbread tomorrow. And maybe a turkey.

Have I mentioned, not going to work again until March 3?

Ooh, sisters who talk through the movie are flirting with sororicide!

Oh, that's the least of my justifications.

I wish we could all be in a bar together.

Imagine we're in a virtual bar. I'll get the next round.

ETA:

Have I mentioned, not going to work again until March 3?

So green with envy.
