Perkins - you should probably plan to get to SJC early. JetBlue's website lists recommended preflight arrival times for all of their various airports, and they list 2 hours for SJC. Worse than all their other destinations besides Santiago and the Bahamas! [link]

My travels this week were surprisingly easy-peasy, considering the strike. Go jetblue, and yay LIRR/Airtrain. Also yay leaving Penn Station just before the queues got way crazy. I got from there to past security at JFK in less than an hour. For $9.

ugh. That still leaves me with an hour or so to kill, but at least I can buy internet time.

I need to make sure both batteries are charged, I guess.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Does anyone have a copy of "I Saw Daddy Kissing Santa Claus" by Kip Addotta? I'm trying to find it for the BF.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I did "Leader of the Pack" once. It was towards the end of the evening, so there were a bunch of rather drunk complete strangers to me singing back-up, along with my boss providing the "vrrooom vrrooom" sounds. Someone else sang "Baby Got Back" very well (this was when BGB hit the charts).
