Web 2.0 means different things to different people.
It has a pretty happy ending, ita. The boy in question is 18 now, and is helping federal prosecutors identify kids in trouble because he knows where to find them. He's in college now.
Out of the many things that were fascinating to me was the piece on how the reporter found this kid, gained his trust, and how the Times hired him a lawyer.
