Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

Sorry, my monies are on the cheetah. I've nearly been bled to death by an 8 lb tabby housecat* so....

Sue, you look... french ( I did a report in french on Breton in France for my level II french class. Can't see the word without thinking of my simplistic grammar.)

* She's EVIL...but really cute. And the headwound only resulted in a plum sized blood stain on the pillow. But a Near Thing!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

The lack of sidewalks is what really could be a deterrent for walking 3 miles. Sometimes busy roads are just scary to walk along without a sidewalk.

And downright dangerous if its after dark.

They are so freakin' lazy, those cheetahs. They sprint for one minute and they're done for the day. Flopping around and panting and having tufty eared kits pouncing on them.

Sure, but if you fall into their pit... step, step, chomp

I think a door was also part of the plan. Can the pit have a door?

Of course! But then Luke Skywalker will drop it on your head.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Do you hear the faint sound of fiddles in the background

Plus accordion. Maybe it's a concertina.

Get a lingering whiff of eau du Tar Ponds?

::snuffles::

More of a stinky cheese vibe.

Sue! Did you see Slings and Arrows? Did you love it? If not, why?

JZ and Hec, I just made and mailed a Christmas stocking for my step-sister's son named Emmet. I was having the hardest time spelling it that way.

Sue, you look... french

I am part French. But I look like my doughy Irish ancestors.

Sue! Did you see Slings and Arrows? Did you love it? If not, why?

I have not seen it. It was on a cable channel I do not get.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The lack of sidewalks is what really could be a deterrent for walking 3 miles. Sometimes busy roads are just scary to walk along without a sidewalk.

Yeah, the no-sidewalk thing would be the main issue, I'm sure.

I was inspired! Usually I knit and crochet a lot more in the winter, but you finally got me jump-started this year, Trudy. I even mostly used your pattern. So you see, you did me a favor, and you should really let me cover shipping.

Two years ago, I made five or seven stockings, plus socks.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

The PATH was incredibly easy to use and relatively uncrowded-- I don't understand why everyone who lives downtown wasn't using it.

It's confusing. Also? Tainted with Jersey.

Not only is it tainted with Jersey-- it goes from 33rd street to the WTC through New Jersey. That was freaky.
