Pocket Hercules -- aka Naim Suleymanoglu -- is from Turkey. Although, as countries go, Bulgaria is a pretty good guess.
I think (and I could be wrong) that he is ethnically Turkish, was a resident of Bulgaria, competed for Bulgaria, defected/immigrated, competed for Turkey.
