(Asking because yes, I can see that it's an offensive title, but because that's the kind of thing OINY says all the time, and that's not even close to being the worst, it barely pinged me at all.)
Problems writing Leo out of West Wing. I haven't been watching, so the whole flashforward complication from earlier this season is news to me. And this is a man/character that deserves to be written out with ceremony.

Not at all. What are some of the other examples, so I can get my dander good and up? I admit, I'd not have noticed it by myself, because I hadn't realised they had titles. Never snagged my eye.
