If he's getting proper treatment for his hemophilia, he should be able to clot just like regular -- they get clotting factor in injections.
It's interesting. I found a lot of Tatoo FAQs that say that hemophilia is a nono, and a few hemophilia related sites that talk about the whys and wherefores of body mod. The bottom line seems to be to find a tatoo parlor willing to do it and take injectinos before and after.
It's funny that he can get a tattoo, but he still cannot play hockey.
Sue, I heard rumor of the NY pics being somewhere. could you e me the link?
I suppose tattoos count as "mere flesh wounds" -- i.e. just the shallow surface of the skin -- whereas hockey has the possibility of deep bruises, stress on the joints and broken bones.
msbelle, insent.
Yesterday I went Xmas shopping with my friends. I had all of mine done and they were jsut starting. It was actually fun. I was very bossy and made them focus on the shopping tasks at hand. (I also got them coffee when we started turning into mall zombies.)
I need to do some already over-due Xmas shopping. Sometime. Soon....

Yeah, I guess the tatoo needles are very shallow. He played organized hockey until the point (at 11 or 12) where they start to allow checking. I guess then injuries were too risky.
oh, and just did my first AIM to AIM voice chat. these crtazy kids and their gadgets.
You should have a video chat with Tom Scola, or at least a one way one. They are cool, especially because even though I don't have video set up on my computer.
I know who is up, but why are we up?
It's actually a decent hour for me to be up. Now.
Yeah. but earlier it wasn't, and ita should still be asleep.
