See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Oh, Burrell, how scary. I'm so glad your DH was there to see it and step in right away. Vibing for all of you.

I don't think anyone's posted this yet today. Just when I think I can't fangirl Neil Gaiman more than I already do:

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I hope Franny and everyone else are all alright!

Salvation Army just came and took away my extra twin bed, both bedframes and all my bags and boxes of clothes, etc. However, they refused the loveseat (ratty upholstery will do you in every time, and they didn't go for the new slipcover I just put on it to cover up the holes/stains), so I had them move it into my dining room where the day/twin bed was. Oh, well, at least I now have room for my Christmas tree (in front of the living room window where the loveseat was) and can get out and run some errands instead of waiting around for them to show up.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

The Utah Department of Transportation is preparing to resume using a cannon for avalanche control in Provo Canyon, and believes it can do so this time without shelling any neighborhoods.

BWAHAHAHAHA! Hee!!!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I was saying you should ask Brenda about the glory that are seat warmers,

You didn’t ask me, but HMOG, THEY ROCK. I didn’t really care about them when I bought the car, I live in DC. It gets cold, but not really cold. However, they came as part of a package including something else that I wanted. Mine are set to come on automatically. They get warm, quickly, before the engine does, so you get some warmth before you can turn on the heat.

So, the pants I bought the other day tht were really almost black? Yeah, NSM. They're brown. Dark brown, but still. It must have been the weird store light tricking me. I guess I'm fine with that. I can still wear them with black shoes, right?

Same thing happened to me. Bought this gorgeous velvet jacket, turns out it’s a really dark brown. Don’t care, still wearing with black slacks/shoes.

Very scary, Burrell. Glad to hear that things are OK.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

They get warm, quickly, before the engine does

Wonderful when it's your car and you're expecting it, FREAKY AS HELL when it's your mom's car that you drive once every year and you've forgotten about the butt warmers.
