The Patriot Act actions have their downside. One analysis says that Republicans are happy to let Democrats have their way in letting the Act lapse so that the Republicans can say at election time "These people don't want you to be secure!"

Okay, I have a task for the Buffista Research System.
My mother had a set of 12 Christmas glasses that were lost in the flood. Each one had an item from "The Twelve Days of Christmas" on it, so there was a Five Golden Rings glass, a Three French Hens glass, etc. These were not priceless treasures, but she hasn't been able to find anything like them. She has checked Bed, Bath, and Beyond; Linens'n'Things, Cost Plus, Pier One, K-Mart, Big Lots, and Target.
Buffistas, I charge you with this: find me some glasses like this. I will consider any holiday-themed glasses, and if they can be ordered over the web, so much the better.
