Lives are running parallel with screwed up brothers and family issues and there's a great deal of comfort (yes i know he has a girlfriend and lives 3000 miles away), I'm lulled into the drunken crushiness feeling I miss having.

Yeah, but when you put them all together I'm colouring in the whole head. I could make it a Venn diagram, I suppose, but the picture's not really big enough for all that. I mean, there are three types of headache (migraine, normal, normal with neck involvement). They have different onset triggers, different characteristics...it almost feels like coincidence they're sharing the same real estate.

I would make a note like that, then. Obviously their one little skull diagram isn't going to work for you, but they'll still need all that info. Clearly you have too much shit going on for their little pre-screener, but it can give them a start.

It's not annoying. I'm grateful. When I actually sit down to fill this out, I'm going to have to make the balance between overexplaining (I'm sure they see a crapload of people with worse pain than me, and won't base my entire diagnosis on what I write down) and just wanting to discuss everything instead of documenting it.
