Lends new meaning to the phrase 'cowboy up.'

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Are Urban Cowboys more likely to be gay? How about a Rhinestone Cowboy? All those cards and letters from people you don't even know....

aka "The artist formerly known as Corwood Industries."

This has probably been posted & re-posted, but Showtime may pick up Arrested Development.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had never heard the phrase "cowboy up" before you used it, connie, but having googled I a) want to rent the movie b) will use it all the time now.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Hey everyone.

Spidra's here!

Jesse, congrats on being done with two classes and your job. I'm still trying to finish up some stuff at my job (mostly filing) so my replacement won't, you know, totally hate me.

It's satisfying to spread knowledge.

It's satisfying to spread knowledge.

That's what I say, but then people complain about the linkage...

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I guess I ought to make some kind of re-introduction. Hi. I haven't been on b.org for a couple years, but I'm dipping my toe in the water again. Some may remember me. Most won't. Hope you don't mind if I start posting...

On-natter: I'm now munching on some stroopwafels. First read about them in The Vermont Country Store catalog last week then noticed that Trader Joe's is carrying them. I am trying the "serving suggestion" of putting the stroopwafel on hot drink so that it'll soften up the caramel. They're novel. And a little addicting in a junk food sort of way. Even though I wasn't wowed by the taste, I ate far too many of them last night.
