You know what's great about this whole gen ficathon thing? I never have to wonder whether the stories are work-safe.
OMG yes. So much less stressful.
Perkins and Sparky, if you're still around, I'd like to join the Brokeback Mountain expedition on Saturday. I suggest we pick somewhere Outside the Embarcadero Center to meet, since I always get horribly lost in there.
Network's down again.
OH! Is that what this switch does?
Bleagh. I have to fire someone today. This after three days of endless phonecalls, meeting and emails about the same issue.

Yay! I don't remember much in/near the Embarcadero center, except the Chevy's.

That used to be my Friday evening ritual: walk the dog up to Solano, hit the bookstores, hit the video store, and stop for dinner at Filippo's for takeout. I loved that neighborhood.
This. This, right here, is exactly why I'm restricting the occasional rental searches I do for the East Bay to addresses within walking distance of Solano Ave. If we must eventually leave San Francisco, I am aiming for nothing less than this, dammit.
can someone with IE on their machine do a favor for me?
Robin, does your company advert on craigslist for positions that are open?
No reason.
