today, CNN had a segment on "holiday tipping". which, I'm fine with (hell, my christmas bonus is basically a tip) but,what do you do when the service is shitty? I mean, my newspaper delivery guy often throws the paper from the steps to my door, so that it spreads all of the place and I have to gather it up. Not a big deal, but not good service, much less great service.
