Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

At my house it is.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I have a cough again today. It hurts and it is annoying but I am not sure I want to take the nifty cough syrup. Bother.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I got out of the house! Sure, I feel like I have a hangover, but I got to see John (not Rogers, and he'd be pissed I'd need to qualify, but there you go). He's a Montreal friend who's in town to tape jeopardy. He's a great trivia hound, but perhaps more eclectic than Trebek needs. It is Trebek, right?

We went to Fat Fish, where I had a great meal, and met up with another of his friends who used to live in Montreal and just moved out here, and lives right near me, so I may have new friends. Well, new old friends. And I think they might sign up for krav.

Perkins -- wasn't Mile High tense? And then Waking The Dead was extra tense, and really, those Brits are mean mean people.

Yay for getting out, ita and old new friends.

It was, ita. I haven't been watching Waking the Dead. I don't need any more shows.
