I had to quit watching N/T last night when Sean was operating on the talky guy.I just can't handle the operations well enough to stick around for the rest.

Fan works but the air is cool. If I drive it long enough, longer than twenty minutes or so, the air gets a tad warmer.
Here's the thing though. I had a slight leak in my radiator and tried the raw egg trick they showed on Mythbusters (crack a raw egg, pour into radiator, drive car around for a while). My Aunt J kind of talked me into it. So I'm a little worried that the although the egg sealed the leak, it's screwing with my heater... somehow. Possible?
Ugh. I wasn't thinking when I started last night's N/T...
My uncle was a newly ordained priest in the neighborhood I live in now when a plane crashed here (five blocks north on the street where I live) in 1978. I am having some issues.
I hope we get to the interpersonal disasters soon.
I ffed through some of the "action" scenes on n/t. It was more ER (and in fact like a recent one) than normal.
alas, I have no ability to ffd through it. and I never know when it's going to shift from cartoony to gross. It is a sneaky show.

Classic signs of a stuck thermostat. Does your car have a heat gauge? If so, does it stay "cool" even after you've driven it for a while?
If the thermostat is stuck, it means that the radiator fluid is being run through the radiator, even when it's cold enough that little or no fluid should be going through the radiator. As a result, the car runs too cool when it's cold out. And even when it's warm out, the car will take longer to reach normal operating temperature. (A thermostat can get stuck the other way, causing the car to overheat even when it's cold out.)
So I'm a little worried that the although the egg sealed the leak, it's screwing with my heater... somehow. Possible?
Probably not. Although I've never heard of the egg thing. There is stuff you can buy that seals radiator leaks - they probably do the same thing as the egg.
It went to emotional pathos, but was still pretty gross for most of it. And then it went all nip/tuck.
Any localistas want to do trivia in Santa Monica next week?
N/T question, was anything new revealed about the Carver?
Nope. Basic synopsis: No Matt, no Carver, no Kimber. Just Sean, Christian, Julia, her mother, Quentin and the anaesthetist. Kinda old school. Julia fires and dumps Quentin, and possibly gets her spine back. Or not--that could change based on the final scene.
If so, does it stay "cool" even after you've driven it for a while?
The gauge seems to reach mid-point in it's usual time but the air is still cool. I watch it quite a bit ever since the overheating incidents during the summer that led me to the radiator leak.
I'll still hope for a simple (i.e. cheap) fix this weekend when I take it in. Thanks for the help, tom!
