Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh dear. This is a damn good show. The last scene in the bar...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

For the first Christmas, I have both the aluminum tree AND the color wheel.

What is a color wheel, in this context?

BUT: Sick day. Maybe take one.

Agreed.

msbelle, if you find Do They Know It's Christmas, please hook a sister up.

Yay for Cass and Buffistarawk and Steph, and Hec forgetting to take the password down.

I haven't gotten to watch GA or Mile High yet. This makes me sad.

My already pretty late flight was delayed an hour and a half, so I have only been home about a half hour. I fell asleep on the plane, and am now not at all tired.

I think it's the rotating gel thing that you put in front of a spotlight, to make the tree reflect the different light colors.

Our aluminum tree was pink and silver and viscious. After several Christmasses of bloody fingers and wrists from assembling it, it was stolen from our front porch. I'm still not sure my dad didn't pay someone off to take it.

We've got our tree up, and lights on, but I am resisting putting the ornaments on...this year just seems so different I feel like we should have different ornaments.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

My aluminum tree is silver only and from the 50s/60s and not viscious at all. The color wheel is much like what Raq said, it is a plastic disk with red, blue, green and orange segments that attachs to a spotlight that you put on teh floor and aim at the tree and it makes the tree reflect different colors.

So I got up at 5. So very unlike me, but I actually feel more awake than when I sleep longer. I watched another show off my DVR and hopefully I can get to work early and get a few things knocked out.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Woo, getting up on the late side.. for me! I did have insomnia 2 am thru 4 AM though, so it balances out, I suppose.

Trust my rage

I love coming to Natter on Monday morning and reading everyone's squeeing over GA. It just makes me more excited to watch it (and love my Tivo even more because I am never awake at 10pm on Sunday night.)

Sometimes I am, sometimes I'm not. But if I am, and it's not a repeat, I watch Intervention in the 10 PM slot.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Yes, Cass & DJ, that line is beautiful.

ita, I love how Cristina (and how weird do I feel spelling Cristina that way, but it's what the show does) is the character you get teased about being like. Bless Colin.

Also, I'm sad that we are getting a rerun next week (GA). But honestly, this is the first rerun ALL YEAR.
