All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I need more funk in my life.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Three CDs of 70s soul, two of sixties soul and one of funk.

Seriously? That would be AWESOME. I would also enjoy the Comfort & Joy tape I have from you on CD.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Can someone give me my day back? I need to go to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions or write my status report. Preferably both.

Yet, somehow, bathrobe and Painkiller Jane.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

He's actually not into catnip.
Bummer. So much for medicating the cats.

Actually mine were never into it until I brought them a sprig of fresh catnip. Turns out that puppycat gets really freaking paranoid(er) on it. So it's probably more fun for me that it is for her.

ita, I have a recommendation for you, which I understand you may not be able to take in the next couple of days, BUT: Sick day. Maybe take one.

What Homer needs is a diaper. Or that you live on a beach. (He's such a sweetheart, why don't you move to some island for him? Snerk.)

A friend's cat was on kitty prozac . It worked (she was much much more mellow and stopped balding herself,) but until I had to start giving Mister Kitty shots, my friend didn't admit it to me. I was amused.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

My stupid new thermostat is not doing what I told it to do (warm the house). It would have been nice if I knew this at 4, when I finished installing it, but now it is 8, and I really canna deal with the idea of a cold house all night. Damned technology. I should just light a fire in the living room.

Needless to say, I am ready for spring now.

I'm kinda with Jesse. And when you go back, a full metal meltdown in which workblood is shed. Just saying.

Turns out that puppycat gets really freaking paranoid(er) on it. So it's probably more fun for me that it is for her.

Devi, when in direct contact, gets a little paranoid. Very amusing. Mister Kitty just gets a little wild, and then super slobbery.

I knew one cat who would get completely drunk, stoned AND paranoid. Somersaulting kitty leaping into halloween cat and leaping sideways and falling over, staring blankly at umoving object sooo coool, maaan. It was hilarious. Then she'd crash, limp, for hours.

I would love to live on a beach!! That may be the plan.

OK, what is this TV One channel? I never heard of it, but I apparently DVRed Crooklyn, The Mighty Quinn, and Cry Freedom off it. Edit: After a quick google, it's apparently "lifestyle and entertainment" television for black people. And they're showing New York Undercover!! I might have to tape that, too. Totally new favorite channel.
