OK, that's one part of the holiday that is fun: watching the animals go out of their furry little minds over various ornaments.

I'm probably painting the holiday worse than it is. I'm just unexcited right now.

Talking to my parents for nearly 2 hours wasn't such a good idea. Good conversation and all, I'm just now so hoarse that any more talking and I start coughing. Annoying. I think it was being outside in the cold dry air earlier that set it off.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Jesse, I just posted...

1. "Twas the Night" - Snoop Doggy Dogg & Nate Dogg. Very fun, with a low gangsta groove. Not for grandma's ears, though.

2. "Put It In Your Egg Nog" - Ice Cube & Pooh. A seasonal St. Ides Commercial.

...at Buffistarawk for your delection. They're both excellent and worth owning.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

has anyone made homemade donuts before? I just saw a "Good Eats" ep on this and I'm wondering if it will be too much of a pain in the ass to try to make them.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

142 songs in the Christmas playlist. I am shuffling through them now. Some of most favorite stuff is on LP though. I need to figure out what is wrong with my turntable so I can play those too.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Thanks, Hec!!

I do know of someone who acupunctured their neurotic cat. It appeared to work.

Someone just recommended therapy for my cat. Eh.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Catnip is cheaper. IJS.

Hey, have you recreated any of your tapes onto CD? That would be awesome.

I made a whole box set of soul for erika. I've been meaning to send a set your way. Three CDs of 70s soul, two of sixties soul and one of funk.
