Firstly, people who shuffle through their full collections are weird. Secondly, you're screwed. You're going to have to do what Jesse suggested -- make a Grinchy smart playlist that has everything not in your Christmas playlist.

Or just create the playlist, listen to it now, and burn it to CD. At some point, delete the songs from Itunes and make sure you don't lose the CD, so that you can upload it again next year.

Today I discovered that at least one allergy has gotten worse, and being in a Christmas tree lot for about 4 minutes made me pretty miserable and have a coughing fit.

Or just uncheck the songs then it skips them. When you're ready to listen again, recheck them.

I need to listen to all songs except these ones, so I'll put in place a process that involves burning, deleting, and re-uploading. Yeah, that's really taking things as they come.

Have you tried acupuncture? I know someone who got rid of a cat allergy that way.
