Even being raised Catholic the Catholic stuff isn't bothering me. Eko is a "priest" because that was the path not followed. It really only matters if the priest and the followers believe. Of course, I could be wrong and they're all screwed when God checks the paperwork.

I wouldn't be surprised if the writers end up following the hybrid approach to Catholicism that many African parishes are adopting, which would make sense considering Eko's origin.

The followers will be fine, because it's all about intent and the belief that Eko is, in fact, a priest. Eko's the one that'll have to do some splainin'.

I suspect Eko expects to go to hell anyway. I just think he's made peace with that idea and would like to help others. Hell (no pun intended), it's pretty much why he became a criminal in the first place.

Yeah. Combined with the blurting it out with such specificity, that's very suspicious.

Oh, right! She *is* a Tailie. Maybe, like the way they discovered that Ethan wasn't on the plane, someone will mention the flight manifest around Eko or Girlfight, and they'll go over it and discover that Libby was never on the plane but is a mole of some sort.
