Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

Art Crawl!!!

You know, the way Ilana was dumping stuff on top of the dynamite - I was not that surprised that she went Ka-Boom.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And then she just dropped the bag. The boom still took me by surprise, but it makes perfect sense.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You know, with Desmond down the well, this would be an excellent time for the dog to show up again. He still hasn't gotten an episode....

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

And then she just dropped the bag. The boom still took me by surprise, but it makes perfect sense.

Right, and I was like "Why are you manhandling the dynamite?!?" but I'm sure she thought Jacob was protecting her, or that she was still serving a purpose.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Whoa. I read that Ilana blowed herself up real good, but wasn't expecting it quite right then!

Did anyone else expect "Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen)" to start playing at the very beginning?

Hurley/Jorge is breaking my heart.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I reckon Desmond has decided (possibly in cahoots with Widmore in the other reality) that he needs to get all the island people together and remembering for something to work. Charlie said near-death experiences made him remember - I assume that's why Desmond hit Locke with the car. Bit of a risk, though.

We were sitting there going "Right. We've known Ilana just long enough to know her name and something about her, but not enough for her to be indispensable. She's carrying the unstable dynamite around like it's so many bars of chocolate. She's going to blow up good." And then she did. Still jumped, though!

Loving Leader!Hurley.

Do not want it all to be about Jack vs Not-Locke. Dull.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

yeah, but Faraday started remembering without a near-death experience.

You don't hit a guy with your car in a wheelchair if you hope something good would happen to him. I think he remembered being thrown down a well and didn't realize that wasn't Locke.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I think he remembered being thrown down a well and didn't realize that wasn't Locke.

I agree. When Fake!Locke asked Desmond if he knew who he was, and Desmond replied "John Locke", I don't think Desmond was being coy; he really thought it was good ol' Locke. Car!Desmond was seeking revenge, plain and simple.

TV news psychic

I have a theory which I hope is wronger than a wrong thing that is wrong, wrong, wrong. Richard, in his episode, kept talking about being in Hell, and there have been one or two other charactors who've said the same thing. What if, in spite of the producers saying it's not, the island is purgatory, and sideways life is heaven? My basis for heaven is all the twoo lurve in that reality. Please, prove me wrong.

Did anyone else laugh when Ilana went boom? It reminded me of the Hurley episode in season 1 where he's at a meeting and a guy goes falling outside the window. I laughed then, too.
