Seriously, Daniel needs to be around for this stuff. Even if just in a vague "Farraday would have explained that better" or "You make just as much sense as Daniel".
Man, I love that Jack and Sayid have created their own worst enemy. One shot him, one refused to save him.
I wish that they had explained what happened to Daniel more than just, "he's gone" - I mean - did they mean he's dead? Or is he on the other island? Or what?

yeah - we've seen Daniel (in a previous episode awhile back) as a worker in a cave. I just assumed that's where he was now.

Again, I say, the fact that it's making more than a semblance of sense to me is verra disturbing.
Hell, it's making more sense to me than seasons 3 and 4 of ANGEL.
