Heh. That's a new one from the latest poster. Apparently it's the number of people who get off the island, though I have no idea where people got that number.
The number 6 is visible in single frame shots on the theatrical, TV and iPod trailers. It's also in the '8 minute catch up' thing right at the end when they're talking about discover who got off the island.

I'm sat in liverpool lime street station. There is a massive billboard above me, with kate and jack in a city. There's another one on the platform with a giant helicopter on it, with "answers are coming" written above.
