Does erika watch Lost and read this thread? I ask, because I feel like we just custom made that Xpost for her.

Lost 2: Tied to a Tree in a Jungle of Mystery
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Ah, that explains it. Still haven't done the HOMICIDE thing.
I know, I know - believe me, it's on the list (along with too many other shows I missed the first time around).

I don't think so.
So NOBODY else thought it was hilarious that Juliet was hired by Batmanuel? That was my favorite thing about the whole ep! (I kept waiting for his cell phone to ring...)
I've mostly got over the association, but I did have one "Batmanuel!" moment. Also, my husband and I argued over whether Nestor Carbonell was wearing eyeliner (Me: "No, he just looks like that."), and then I had to go to IMDB to prove him wrong, and I discovered that Nestor Carbonell is married to The Keeper from "The Invisible Man" series.
I thought he looked even more "like that" than usual -- so I kind of guessed eyeliner over use last night.

Smacks forhead
Totally didn't recognize him. There was a whole lotta "Oh it's that guy/gal!" last night. I totally missed that Calamity Jane was Juliet's sister too.
Me neither, Frank.
I did finally figure out where I've seen Alex before - she was Malcom's Krav Maga practicing friend. And the guard Kate wanted to shoot in the knee is the guy whose father is in prison on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

That reminds me. Did it strike anyone else that Kate was surprisingly competent in a fight again after months of being schmuck bait? It still wouldn't surprise me if she's made a deal with the Others at some point that we don't know about yet.

No, but only because I've accepted that there will be no continuity in Kate's ability to fight. (I did wonder why Sawyer didn't give her the gun when they were running through the forest -- the one area they have been consistent about is that Kate's a better shot.)
