How about that. I watched Bones and said to myself, "Self, isn't there something else we are supposed to be watching?" Flipped a couple of channels, saw nothing of interest and turned off the TV. Huh. Wonder what happened to that other show I used to watch?

I can't believe that they're calling the mid-season finale the season finale.
I thought they called it the "Fall Season Finale." But I was rolling my eyes, so it's possible that I mis-read.
I am marginally intrigued at the fact that what Locke saw when he "looked into the heart of the island" was a bright light, compared with the Incredibly Fake CGI-looking Black Smoke Of Doom And Clankiness.

Beaver Casablancas was being just as surly on Bones tonight as he used to be on VM.
I watched the Lost teaser, then decided that there had to be something more interesting on the interbunny.

Did anyone else make it all the way through Bones before realizing that the evil mom was Halfrek? No? I guess it was just me being slow tonight. Never mind.
eta: Dammit, I actually liked Eko. So it figures they'd kill him off. One fewer reason to watch this show.

I think my favorite part of tonight's ep was when everything changed. It was so subtle I almost missed it.
