Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I thought the arctic stuff was a commercial at first.

We might know why the plane crashed, and we found out where Desmond disappeared to.

But we now have other questions, of course. this is way better than the Rimaldi crap on Alias!

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

My question is: does this mean that Desmond destroyed the magnetic whatsit? No more pushing the button?

Eh, just gives us more to wonder about next year.

I'm sorry Libby's gone. Now, I want to know how she went from sleekly coifed widow to asylum resident to island dweller. Damn.

Because books.

I thought the arctic stuff was a commercial at first.

Me too!

My DH says Penny is looking for Des's boat through the GPS tracker, and that the meltdown unblocked the signal. Sounds like a theory, since I was completely clueless.

Possible, I suppose. A large enough magnetic field could play hell with electronic signals.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Wow, they turned the not-making-sense switch all the way to eleven this time out.

That was definitely Libby who gave the boat to Desmond, presumably the first act on the way to winding up as a patient with Hurley.

I also need to point out that aircraft are made primarily of aluminum, titanium, and composites, all of which are non-magnetic.

Oh you and you're silly facts! G'wan wit you!

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

My question is: does this mean that Desmond destroyed the magnetic whatsit? No more pushing the button?

That was my impression.

I wonder if Rose is going to get sick again and Locke's legs are going to stop working.

Good question. I imagine the fallout will be profound.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

does this mean that Desmond destroyed the magnetic whatsit?

And if he did, will it mean that Rose gets sick again?

I love that Desmond caused the crash. This was a pretty good ride. I'm interested to see where Michael & Walt and Jack, Sawyer & Kate end up.

(In defense of my super slow x-post, my connection crapped out while I was composing the post)
