Yeah, the castaways have been on the island 50 or 60 days or so. Desmond was on the island for three years, and he was in training for the journey that got him there when he met Jack.

Thanks DX, I try to keep a running timeline in my head, but sometimes I lose track. Wow Jack's marriage didn't last very long then did it? I just realized that. Huh.
I'm interested in Not!Henry's motives and if he allowed himself to be captured or if he was "cut from the herd" of the Others. Did they send him to infiltrate? If so, they must think he's expendable since the last two (that we know of) that infiltrated either group, ended up dead. I'm still half-convinced that Libby wasn't originally on the plane. Or was he too not-stealthy/stupid/annoying and got himself caught? Hummmmm
