Yes. Lucky for you, people may be in danger.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I didn't remember the first season being this chopped up, but it probably was. Now I understand why so many people were put off that first season. I've loaned out my season 1 DVDs three times so far and people loved the hell out of it because they could watch it all at once and it hangs together so much better. I'm starting to think it almost might be more worth it to not even watch the rest of the season and just wait for the DVDs in September.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

There was no reason to tell Jin what the doctor said if she had been messing around with cutie English tutor.

There was no reason regardless, as far as I'm concerned. It's a miracle island baby either way, right? So why even make him suspicious?

Charlie is such a tool, but I had to laugh when he barged in with breakfast for Ana and Sayid. Once a hobbit, always a hobbit I guess.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

In random speculation, I'm going to say that Hurley owns a share of the Dharma Co. and Widmore.

Also, Mr. J and I thought the hobbit bringing second breakfast was a total shout out to LotR.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You could probably put coconut milk on your Dharma-Os.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

It's very annoying, but my Lost this week was broadcast in Spanish ... and there's no way I can keep up with this stuff in Spanish. But the closed captioning was in English, so I got most of it. yay?

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Did you check your SAP on your VCR & TV both? Maybe they got switched on accidentally & you could undo it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

From ages ago

Hands up everyone who responded to "...and I am a torturer" with "Hi, Sayid!"

Yup. Out loud and everything.

Caught Bride and Prejudice on cable this weekend. Sayid as "The Indian M.C. Hammer" - quite the cognitive disconnect.

But fun.

From today's EW.com, non-spoilery anticipatory glee from the Lost writer:

Before we begin, a note:

I have seen tonight's episode of Lost.

I can't wait to talk with you about it in coming weeks.

I can't wait to talk with you about ''It.''

Don't worry. You'll know what ''It'' is once you see ''It.'' Just watch the episode.

And afterward, if you find yourself yearning to see more of ''It''...

Make a point of stopping by EW.com tomorrow. You won't be disappointed.

Hmmm, wonder what "it" is?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Ooooooh. I can't wait.

Well, I can wait. VM comes first. But then!

Hmmm, wonder what "it" is?

HA HA HA HA. Is anyone else having Doug flashbacks? Wait, is this the right crowd for a Doug reference?
