Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Nothing to say, really. Just reducing the number of posts left in the thread by one.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

On the shooting:

A passenger who claimed to have a bomb in a carry-on bag was shot on a jetway after an American Airlines plane arrived at Miami International Airport from Colombia, officials said.

Our wings are not tired.

To add more drama to my day I just got a call from DH and his van just died on the road with 4 middle school kids in it. My son and 3 girls from his class. He doesn't know what's wrong, but it made a horrible noise and he can't drive it. Fortunately it happened near where a girlfriend of mine works so I sent her to pick up the kids. (glad it happened to him and not me)

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

And why are we not blowing through the last few Natter posts? I can't help, because I have got to get in the shower, but seriously, people. My day has been completely unproductive on the schoolwork front, but pretty productive on the personal front, so I guess that's something.
