Natter 40: The Nice One
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Not sure what happened to that last post in getting from my head to the posting box
Time, mostly, I'd wager.
So, I took the physics and math tests, and I did well on them both. And I'm having a migraine and am concussed, so it's like
no
time has passed since high school. Rock on! Especially if you count that I saw Michael Praed on TV the other day and he was still painfully pretty. Let's do the time warp again.
So ... here's the thing ... should I live in fear of the meds or the pain? I mean .. the doctor thinks that the pain made me faint but fuck! I'm good at pain. That makes no sense. Now I'm afeared of taking the meds because I think they will make me faint again.
I don't
like
the pain, but I really really don't like the fainting, especially with the tendency of gravity and hard objects to exist willy nilly.
Time, mostly, I'd wager.
Except, I even left out half of the stuff I was trying to say, regardless of the actual, you know, conversation.
I did crap on all of those tests except math and english. I would have done better at the math if I had been more committed to doing the arithmetic. I kept trying to do stuff in my head and getting it wrong.
But! Speaking of me being a genius, I got a fucking 100 on my econ midterm! She said she graded easy, but still. I don't know when the last time was I got a 100.
ita, if I were you, I would take plenty of pain meds, but be careful of mixing stuff. Also of driving. And possibly standing up. Not sure how possible that is for you.
I rocked out on English and French, did fine on Math, respectably enough on Physics, and failed miserably on Geography.
Was is a med that he or she thought made you faint, or some combination of meds?

He didn't think it was meds at all. Thought it was pain. I'm not going to lie -- the pain was pretty bad, but it can't have been
just
the pain. If it was pain-related, it must have been something about the specific pain, because I've been through more extended periods of worse pain and never come near to fainting.
Jesse is more a genius than I am, for sure.
Whoops. I forgot to take the English test.

In what? I was such the RoS fangirl, once upon a time...
I wish they knew why you passed out, ita. Makes me nervous.

Sistah! Cheesy assed almost soft-core-porn BBC America show called Mile High. He looked prettier than I'd seen him since RoS, honestly. Suh-weet. Slimy character, though.

I am (for me) nervous too. I'm hoping the dynamics are such that it only happens at home.
Personally, I hope it doesn't happen at all.

Wow, I just added my own words when I read your post. Oops. Well, it's late here. I'd... do what Jesse said. Jesse, who is an econ maven.
I took the quizes . my french - well terrible.
physics... so so
geography so so
math - there were lots of tricks
ha my only errors on the english test - spelling
possibly ita, where the pain wsa located - or even just the length of time. though a drug interation is a possiblity
