Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

How long have you been cutting back, Sue?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Glad to hear from you, Laura! Sorry the SiL sucks, but glad things are more or less OK.

Penis cakes often make me roll my eyes, but I've never seen one with such... detail.

OMG annoying: I just got the contact info about a friend of a friend, so I can tell him how NYC is so expensive. And then I missed a call from someone I don't like that much, but she didn't leave a message, so I don't have to call back, right?

AND I've just decided I want to go out tomorrow night for Halloween, but I have a shitload of homework to do this week, so I'd better do more now, but I don't wanna. Bleh.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Laura! Just so you know, my offer from last year still stands. The one that involves you spending hurricane season with me if I can spend Jan/Feb with you.

ita, lie down (on purpose) more.

How long have you been cutting back, Sue?

About three weeks, and after the PMS last weekend, it's not been going very well.

Ick. I can definitely imagine myself ODing on custardy stuff (and I'm about to polish off the mini apple pies I bought yesterday) instead of fruits and the like. I just hope that the neurologist laughs in my face and tells me to stop being silly and offers me Godiva.

I think the State Of Play marathon today has saved my life today. It's a nice constant, through waves of me feeling like unearthed crap. If only I could work out who played the Herald's lawyer. He's hot.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

ita, you may very well have heard of this, and even tried it, but just in case it's useful, I recently read a study that indicated that magnesium supplementation could help migraines. I don't have the link to the specific article, but I'm sure Google could provide, if you're interested.

Also, awesomest penis cake ever.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

mini-clean-up of the apartment this evening. looks pretty good. I still need to tackle the kitchen floor and the bathroom and the crazy piles of crap on the coffee table.

Sylvester is wanting attention, so he is leanon in my leg and the laptop and then has wrapped one arm around my left arm and is resting his neck on my wrist. He is getting more and more annoyed as I type this.

Going to out myself, but this is so awesome. Maryland's House of Ruth (womens' shelter and resource center) is getting a place in the spotlight on ABC's Homemakeover. This is very good. It's a wonderful organization. I hope it gets them lots of extra help.

Laura, I'm glad normal is a little closer.

The army called my SIL. They are threatening to reactivate her. This really really sucks. Given her knees, GI tract and some other stuff is all fucked up (and documented by the VA, prior to the pregnancy, they were moving to give her a medical discharge,) we're hoping the VA can help out. But christ. Last kind of stress she needs right now (see previous problems) and gah. She was 11 days shy of normal discharge when she left the army on discharge related to pregnancy. Uhg, uhg, uhg.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I just got home and my vcr wasn't running. grrr.

Can anone catch me up on the first half of West Wing?
