Deena's son Nick can give Son of Gaiman a run for his money. Nick is far too pretty for his own good.
He is, but Son of a Neil is also GEEKY, and geeky trumps musical.

Thanks, Plei. Now I need to find the bulk of the beads somewhere cheaper than Fred Segal, decide on the back of the necklace, and then I'll be good to go.

Errr ... in my universe, they're about even.
Someone explain to me why I keep falling asleep. I've probably been alert maybe 4 hours today. My sinuses are killing me, which I think I can blame on the weather. Between the cold and all the damned fronts....
Because you stole all the sleep I wanted to get today?
That's possible. I slept over 10 hours overnight, and then once I got up, I kept crashing. It was kind of silly. Did manage to get to the grocery store.
GIVE THEM BACK!
You can have them tomorrow. I need to clean and do laundry and maybe see a movie.
I'm *really* dreading the prospect of a snow storm tomorrow monday night.
(huh. the forecast changed.)
Hmph. I guess that's better than nothing.
Went to see "Doom" today at the dollar movie. It was a perfectly acceptabile version of its type, ie, big guns, monsters, gore and violence. Still, the times are askew when a "shoot the monsters" movie has more subtle characterization than acclaimed dramas on TV. There was an actual psychological component to the "plot", and the writers didn't bash the audience over the head with who would be affected by the psych point.
Is it overly geeky to be analyzing the writing of a shoot-'em-up?
