Mr. McPherson announced that the new season episode order for Grey's Anatomy has been upped to 22. With four episodes unaired from the first season's order, ABC will have 26 original episodes of Grey's available to air in 2005-06

that's the concept of probationary. you don't have to give a reason. although there are some exceptions, mental issues is not one of them.
