We didn't have sex, if that's what you mean. That's all I do now, not have sex.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Timelies!

I felt sleepy at 9 last night so I laid down to see if I would be able to sleep... and much to my surprise, I pretty much slept through until 15 minutes ago. So, as long as my body doesn't start expecting 9 hours of sleep every night, I'm set.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Tom on MI-5 is the best spy ever. Or maybe that's just in comparison to his predecessor.

Tom on MI-5

They recently finished showing the 3rd season of that here (well, the first 2 were on a public channel, so I could watch them, and the third was on a cables channel and I had to rely on the kindness of a good friend).

I have no idea what is the context of this post. I just skipped a few hundreds posts, and that's where I landed.

[Edit: 7+1=2*4]

Hey, Nilly!

Body hacking. Quite cool.

Hey, ita, right back! Are you still on the beach for your vacation? Should I still be jealous?

[Edit: 7+1=6+2 this time. It's like my post #s are "what is also 7+1?" math homework.]

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Tom on MI-5 is the best spy ever.
He's wonderful (okay, in a flawed and tragic way but I like that in a character) and I can't believe I missed it before now.

Makers me wonder what else should I be watching but am not.

Hi Nilly!

5. Clear your stuffed nose! Forget Sudafed. An easier, quicker, and cheaper way to relieve sinus pressure is by alternately thrusting your tongue against the roof of your mouth, then pressing between your eyebrows with one finger. This causes the vomer bone, which runs through the nasal passages to the mouth, to rock back and forth, says Lisa DeStefano, D.O., an assistant professor at the Michigan State University college of osteopathic medicine. The motion loosens congestion; after 20 seconds, you'll feel your sinuses start to drain.
I'm trying this right now. FG-ness to be determined.
