I have completed my Thanksgiving shopping! (HA -- like that's actually true. But at least I've completed the bits I was clever enough to think of in advance. I'm sure there will be several "SHIT, we forgot the ____" in the next 2 days.)
So have I! Well, not really, but I've done some. No, not that either, but we've decided what we're having. Okay, we've discussed it. All right fine, I thought about discussing and have every intention of calling my sister back and doing that. Today. No, really.
So my bloodwork came back normal. Whatever that means.
It means your kidneys are probably working OK and that you have straightforward hypertension.
Yeah, I'm sure they're busy on Thanksgiving, at least until like 3pm.
If only I could figure out where my mom hid the dried apricots, I'd be golden. Or if there were anything to eat for lunch in this house (which I probably should have checked before heading out to the grocery store).
