I'm not on the side of Match here, but I question this alleged business model (all the stuff in the news article is just allegations from the complaint). How could a $30/mo membership be profitable enough to pay a woman to date someone? She would have to charge Match something like $20 a date. That's ridiculous.

I'm not sure I get the problem here. It's not like they're [allegedly] sending a faker out with each and every member, are they?
