I hate to break it to you, oh impotent one, but you're not the big bad anymore, you're not even the kind of naughty.

Swouncing

I decided that watching TV programs so I can clear them off my tivo counted as doing useful things.

You're clearing something off, right? So, yup, useful. What are you watching?

Kat, that puppy is adorable!

information libertarian

Nutty, father, who is also mine, is not a topologist. He is a retired family physician. I don't even know what a topologist does, except in the basic etymological sense.

Because books.

It's so weird -- the picture finally came up for me, but it cut off mid-chest. So all I can see is Jake looking down at what I presume is a cute puppy.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

Damn. Somebody's father had an interest in things like how to get a shirt off from under a vest without undoing the vest and things like that.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

Me? My dad is a retired doctor. Mostly, of the insides of people, although he probably removed a mole or two in his time. What's topology?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What are you watching?

Last week's Numb3rs, at least in theory. I kind of fell asleep though

Packing. And doing laundry at the same time. Makes it complicated.

Cats are suspicious.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just cancelled my plans for today.

Pity me.

But when the slurred speech thing is happening, socialising is hard. Tiring.

I hate my head.

ita, that sucks. I'm sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I pity you, ita.

My plans for the day were writing a paper, with a break for a meeting at 2. I just got back from the meeting and haven't written shit yet. Oops. At least it only has to be short, and it's not due until Tuesday.

Currently, in an extension of the TiVo-as-to-do-list thing, I'm listening to unplayed songs on iTunes.

I'm not mathy, ho.

I really want to work this into conversation now.
