Can you decide in advance how much moeny you're going to spend, take that and only that amount with you, and this way you wouldn't go over what you permit yourself but still have fun?

my cat is fighting with his tail. He only likes to do this while laying about on this one chair. it is ridiculously funny. note to self: keep chair out as permenant furniture in living room.
