Teddy boy stuff: [link]
Hair was cut into an outlandish DA (Duck's Ass), long jackets were juxtaposed with thin, bootlace ties, stovepipe pants were cut short to show off patterned socks - and the look was completed with suede brothel creepers or winkle-pickers.
What the heck are "brothel creepers"? "Winkle-Pickers"? Do I need them?

The brothel creepers look a lot like Hec's flamey sneakers.
It looks like winkle pickers are similar to cockroach killers in this country.
