The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

AHHHH!!!! Cutie-pie Annabel!

I am officially No Longer At Home to trick-or-treaters. I had maybe ten batches of trick-or-treaters, with about two to three per batch. The assorted atomic fireballs, super-sour gummies, mouth-dessicating sweet-tarts, etc. were quite popular with the kids, but are not at all tempting to me. If I had bought mini Snickers, Kit-Kats, etc., I probably would have eaten an entire bag in the course of three hours.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Well, we ended up with no trick-or-treaters, as expected. However, as not expected, the SO thought about the possibility, so he came home from the town run today with a bag of tiny boxes of Nerds! Yay, candy!

So I've already had two. No, make that three. But they're really, really tiny boxes. I may need another. Because I had one purple one and two pink ones and I should really try to keep it even. Because I like the pink ones much more than I like the purple ones, and I'm apt to eat all the pink ones and be left with nothing but purple ones. And after I eat the purple one, I'll need to eat a pink one to reward myself for eating the purple one, and so that I end on a pink one that keeps me happy. And then I'll need to balance it out again.

Ah, sugar bliss.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Kitty!

AND I just heard the party I didn't go to sucked after all, as well as being Far From Home. So that's good. And I got some stuff done, and I'm potentially going to bed early.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

The magic of TiVo has brought us Zombies on Broadway! [link]

I have no idea what's going on. But it involves Bela Lugosi and a nightclub.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

In the 7 years I've lived in my current apartment, I've never had trick or treaters. My door is on the back of the house, so no one bothers. After the second year I stopped buying candy.

It's weird hearing about people having trick or treaters tonight. Around here, all the towns do it in the early afternoon on the Saturday or Sunday closest to Halloween. I think when I was younger they did trick or treating on Halloween, as I know I trick or treated in the dark a couple times, but nowadays it's all done before sunset.
